Hi all, it’s Hannah Coombs here, the double bass leader of the orchestra and I would like to welcome you all to the very first AFO tour blog!

During our tour, myself and other members of the orchestra will be writing everyday to keep you up to date with all our adventures in South Africa. In preparation for our upcoming tour I will also be posting a few stories about my experiences on AFO tours and what to expect for the biggest AFO trip yet.

In writing this we hope to keep you all jealous – whoops I meant informed – with quotes from orchestra members and pictures from our days exploring South Africa and performing concerts in many wonderful venues.
