Wallace Galbraith, AFO Director, spent a highly successful 5 days in Tokyo meeting with many enthusiastic contacts to begin forming the shape of the Orchestra’s exciting Concert Tour to Japan in 2019. Representatives from the Royal Scottish Country Dance Association, Japan Scotland Society, Japan Scotland Association, Tokyo Personalised, The J Team, DHL, the Scottish Development Office and The Tokyo Pipe Band were just some of organisations that helped form the shape of the Orchestra’s 18th International Tour. Tokyo, Kyoto, Yokohama, Mount Fuji and Nagasaki are just some of the Cities and sights that will feature in the Tour – the website will be updated as developments continue.
