Visit to Sulphur Mountain cable car. (packed lunch from Hostel)

Afternoon visit to Lake Louise and Banff Springs.

Small Group performance at the Banff Springs Hotel

Possible last night Ceilidh in Hostel to entertain guests

Transfer to Calgary via the Rafter Six Ranch for activities.

Packed lunch from hostel.

Arrive in Calgary late afternoon and meet hosts.

Afternoon rehearsal at Knox United Church .

Evening concert at Knox United Church .

Night 2 in Calgary

Morning visit to Olympic Park

Afternoon visit to Stampede grounds and Indian reservations.

Performance at Stampede venue to be confirmed.

Morning at the Calgary Stampede Parade

Free time in Calgary

Transfer to Calgary Airport and check in around 17:00hrs for flight to San Francisco with Air Canada . Provisional flight times: -

Depart Calgary 19:20hrs - Arrive San Francisco 21:02hrs

Arrive in San Francisco and transfer to church to meet with hosts.

Meet at Calvary Church at 9am .

Guided City Tour and Trolley Ride plus time at Pier 39 and Fishermans Wharf .

Return to Church at 5.00pm for evening meal.

Rehearsal at 6pm

Concert starts at 7pm

Concert finishes around 9pm ..

Night 2 in San Francisco

Sunday

8 th July

Meet at Church at 10am .

Small group (20) to play at 11am service remainder of group to attend service.

12.pm lunch at church followed by trip to Alcatraz .

Back to church for evening meal at 5pm

Ceilidh at 6pm .

Finish around 9pm and return home with hosts

Night 3 in San Francisco

Monday

9 th July

Meet at church at 9am for departure.

Leave at 9.30am on coaches and head to Barstow for overnight stop.

10 th July

Morning shopping then travel on to Scottsdale .

Arrive in Scottsdale late evening and check into accommodation.

Night 1 in Phoenix

Wednesday

11 th July

Morning at leisure in Scottsdale . Possible small group concerts during the day.

Evening concert.

Night 2 in Phoenix

Thursday

12 th July

Full day excursion to the Grand Canyon National Park .

Visit to the aritist town of Sedona on route to the Canyon.

Time will be spent at the South Rim with a walk part way down into the Canyon.

This will be followed by a visit to the Grand Canyon Imax cinema and.

Night 3 in Phoenix

Friday

13 th July

Coach transfer from Scottsdale to Los Angeles area.

Possible visit on route.

Check into Hotel north of LA.

Full day visit to Six Flags Magic Mountain Theme Park .

Home to some of the best rollercoasters in the USA .

Return to the hotel for Tour Awards Dinner and Final Ceilidh

Return journey to UK begins. Early morning check in at LAX Airport for return flights to Scotland . Provisional times are: -

Depart LAX 11:05hrs - Arrive Toronto 18:45hrs

Depart Toronto 20:20hrs - Arrive London Heathrow 08:35hrs (+1 day)
